I’ve now checked all the hoses except the passengers side connection to the turbo (as it’s awkward to get to) I have bought one of those camera snake things and can’t see any damage on it. So guessing it’s all down to the new tyres, I’ll have to turn the air con off to improve the MPG!! Confused

I would have thought if boost pressure was down enough a code and or limp mode situation may arise,

Anyway when i had a BAS Remap fitted on my 3.6TDV8 he took into account the larger tire size (i run same as you) ... im really not sure what he did with the info but my car shift perfect... awesome economy

And as some one else stated i think remember the car now thinks it is doing less ks than it actually is and can have some effect on the trip computer mileage situation

Great advice and tips all!!
Been for a diagnostics check today and looks like my mapped out egrs are still mechanically working......I’ve another thread for lumpy idle hence the full check
They also done a smoke check on the intake system with no leaks found

cant be a very good map if the EGRs are still active pal ? goes along to explain some of your running issues
