Suspension fault IID TOOL

Every year I get Air Susp Inactive. This time, using the IID TOOL I'm getting a fault code message "Articulation Validity". The sensors look OK visually (arms intact etc) but its taking ages to raise to normal road height and the fault wont clear.

Anyone had this?

yes albeit in a RRS : checked valves and for air leaks but turned out to be a weak compressor! D3 TDV6 SE 2006
