Hi, I have a 2002 52 Range Rover 4.4 Petrol. I have bought a brand new oil cooler, but want to buy new oil cooler pipes for the gearbox,and any other associated parts for the job. Please could someone tell me what I need please and the part numbers?

According to 2012 Microcat for 2002 ZF 5-speed for M62 B44 4.4 Petrol V8

Tube (w/o Banjo fitting) UBP000180
Tube c/w Banjo fitting, bolt and top washer UBP000161
Ring (O-ring?) PYX100230 (bottom seal for Banjo fitting)

Both tubes shown with a flexible section.

Find part numbers here as you will need o rings from memory and I changed my thermostat and holder and banjo bolts when we rebuilt my transmission so everything was new.

Will I need to replace ATF fluid? And do I need more than 1 O ring? Cheers

I can't remember exactly but if you follow the procedure through in Rave, - download from the wiki it will tell you what to remove / replace . http://www.fullfatrr.com/wiki/Main_Page

Also have a look at the microcat site i linked as that will show you exploded diagrams and give you part numbers for all the seals and washers etc.
Are you replacing the il cooler because you have been getting the overheat strategy and message ?
