wierd non start after a 35 mile journey

rory did something very odd this morning , I'd driven 35 miles or so already , stopped to pick up a paper and he refused to start Shocked ! just span over like a top , never happened before and been fine for the rest of the day so far Confused Confused Confused

I’d go for.....fuel pump under the passenger side sill starting to fail...... mine did it without any warning..... might be wrong.... 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

he was parked facing uphill and tilting toward the drivers side as I was half on the path , I rolled him back onto the level and he fired up within 4 spins which is about normal for him but come to think of it , every once in while he takes a little longer to fire , usually when hot , can I change this pump reasonably easily , as in im going darn sarf ( 4 hour drive ) next week so will get a new pump and take it with me

Here was my thread at the time.... mine refused to start at all after....no fuel to engine....

The pump is underneath near the rear passenger door under a plastic cover.

There are pics on here somewhere....

It might not be that, but it’s an easy swap and it’s prob getting tired if it’s not been done already.... 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

thanks pal , that's a big help , cars only done 130k so id be surprised if it wasn't the original pump
