Hi All
Best wishes to everyone for Christmas and the New Year, and here's your
Christmas Cracker question for the season.

How many french hay bales can you fit in the back of an L322 with the seats down?

Answer tomorrow, after Ive made the trip. Im guessing about 12, but we'll see.

Oh, a french bale is about 1m x 40cm

Yeah ... 12 is about right. You can fit just over 2m in length with the seats down, and the gap between the rear wheel wells is about 4ft. V8 or else ...

Don't know about hay bales, but you can get a 8x4 sheet of plywood in, though it hangs over the lower tailgate by about a foot

Well it was 11 bales guys.....and that was with leaving the tailgates open.....surprised me actually, but
the folded seats do take up a lot of room......as was pointed out quite rightly....

Merry Christmas and safe driving to all.....I wish you all muddy lanes.....neighbours stuck in ditches.....family members who ordered a tree too big for their car.....and snow for those that enjoy it.
