hi all.. i have got just 2 parts of my heated screen getting hot (2 lines on the left and 3 on the right) does this mean a new screen or is there a fix .

Morning Chap.
It's quite common for the tiny wires within the screen to crack and fail.
If you've got some elements working it indicates that the relays are ok and there power going to the screen,
The fix is a new screen.
Ideally, go for a genuine Pilkington fitted by two guys who know what they're doing.

If your screen were to develop a crack then its an easy insurance job - will just cost you whatever the excess is.....

As above, insist on a Pilkington, may take a few days longer for them to source, but should be all OK

Mine has the same problem.

Just waiting for stone to create the crack now. What do I put here then?
