Annoying play in the back rest of my driver seat

The drivers seat ( high line type) in my 12' Westminster has an annoying amount of play in the backrest, it's not massive but enough to set my ocd off!. Any idea of you can adjust them, the workshop manual isn't much help.

Fixed it!, there is a bolt which holts the seat into the scissor type mechanism for lowering or raising the seat which somehow had worked loose, god knows how. Bit of a pain to get too but all good now.
