United Kingdom 2018 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Loire Blue

Early days yet (only the 11th day and just 1,070 miles so far) but I’m very happy so far Thumbs Up It’s been a big hit with friends and family too, even two of them that seem to find fault with everything! Rolling Eyes

Sure, there are one or two improvements I could suggest (a bigger AdBlue reservoir would be nice Rolling Eyes ), but what car’s faultless?! It’s definitely a keeper Thumbs Up

goods news and i am glad for you, when they are right they are pretty much perfect.
As far as Add Blue goes mine never got that far i needed any LOL

Fridge as an option, if they don't give it me it does beg the question do I need it?

website down, probably down to the two people viewing and it cant multitask LOL

Hope the new technology on infotainment system is more reliable than the 2017 MY Whistle

Mine is waiting for its 8th trip to dealers since 24 July....

Next week rejection process will be started if it’s not finally fixed this week ...but not sure I would want a 2018 as I’m sick of beta testing JLR products and would rather wait a couple of years while initial bugs get ironed out...

A very nice car indeed and the interior looks a very comfortable place to be.

Hope the reliability reflects the price tag. Thumbs Up

Well that's quite an upgrade. A lot if it is already on my new F Pace, the in control thing is brilliant, but I've yet to get the activity key to work properly.

So, the F Pace will be with me for at least 3 years, and then perhaps I could afford a 3 y/o 405......

LR is listening what the customers want. LR made the Range Rover once again better. Great job to all engineers and designers! Well done.

"LR is listening what the customers want" - they most certainly are not. I do not want to have to pay £4k for green paint.

Note to stillrunning: the LR website is probably still having things added, it does now include steps, but I don't see some other things like the farmer's hitch towbar (perhaps advanced tow assist makes this redundant?).

For Red Merle: there are roof boxes in the accessory menu, much as before.

The upgrades to prices make me appreciate the value offered by my old 2012 WM... Only Range Rovers since 1988

Unfortunately, the roof boxes aren’t much help without the rails. If we give them a few months to get the configurator working and ready for release to the public, we may find that they suddenly appear Thumbs Up

Slightly annoyed that the gills now are other silver or satin finished. No gloss paint.

Yes, at first I was pleased that the lower trim strips were painted...

@EM - I was surprised that having them colour keyed hadn’t been a cost option before; maybe that’s their next move Rolling Eyes

So you go to Porsche or BMW! Every time LR comes with a new model people start to complain about details. If you have the money for a superb new Range you buy a Range. And you know you get a pleasant car. You can always get a nice Korean for less. 2017 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 silicon silver
