It's been a while since I posted but I am still having this problem. I've searched the forum and google in general but not yet found a solution,

I had the same issues and like others couldn't find a definitive solution. I lived with it until I updated the DVD and that resolved it. 2012 TDV8 Westminster in the New Forest

Mine is exactly the same and I have a 2011/2012 disc installed with latest firmware these systems are crap and so temperamental I have now resorted to uninstalling mine and use google maps on my iPhone with a decent i phone holder on the dash all looks good. I use my phone sometimes, its just so annoying having a built in system that I have to keep changing the options on when I do use it |

I agree it's a loose lead. When I had my battery disconnected I had to reset the region.

I have sat nav issues in mine whereby I cannot control the sat nav voice volume and the estimated time of arrival is about 11 hours longer than it should be but I can't find anything wrong with it anywhere or any settings that have changed to rectify this.
