I would hazard that either the duct repair has failed or there is another issue with it.

Your blower has failed and needs replacing, bodging the pipe never works for long. 2008 MY Supercharged

Thanks for all the info, I'll get the blowers replaced once I've found/fixed my coolant leak |

Is it a TDV8? If so check the thermostat housing.. they crack and leak but never drip anywhere as it evaporates / blows down the back of the engine. If you look down the sides of the oil filter with a torch / phone if its leaking you would usually see red staining / residue from the coolant.
