A Trap 2010 Range Rover HSE TDV8 Atacama Sand
Can dust cause HDC inactive?

I did 400!!!!! m. dusty bumpy road yesterday and the bill is HDC inactive with ABS and center warning light!!
At night ,t was ok but in the morning,u know
ıt is a td6,06 170k 2010 3.6tdv8 180k km.

Bumpy road maybe finished off an abs sensor or something along the lines? Is the air suspension still active?

It says 'hdc fault system not available' and 2 lights on the height switch up and middle light . 2010 3.6tdv8 180k km.

I used hdc for a while
Is that hdc ! sign normal??
I also remember a buzz at night whie parking thought some dust was in brakes but could be hdc acted.
Left front seems out of sync ion screen. 2010 3.6tdv8 180k km.

My guess is that a sensor has failed, and your best bet would be to get a diagnostic reader to establish which. It is normal to get a groaning sound when the HDC is slowing the vehicle on a slope, but not otherwise. Corroded driveshafts can rub on ABS sensors and damage them, if there is a lot of abrasive material being thrown about that may increase the risk of that happening. Only Range Rovers since 1988

Sensors were changed last year,hope they are the problem.
Trying a battery reset Idea 2010 3.6tdv8 180k km.

Cleaned the left sensor connects.
The fault was there.
Then battery reset solved it!!! Thumbs Up
It looks better synced on the screen and hdc fault is gone also. 2010 3.6tdv8 180k km.
