Hi, just wanted to say that mine went in yesterday for full update on infotainment system, it now works a lot better and very fast start up.
The job note states they found a software update to the incontrol touch pro system, gateway module, body control module and reconfigure in control touch. they then cleared all DTC's and tested.

Also has new sim card reader, which sorted that fault.

Also had Ad Blue top up, only done 4500 miles since it was full, they wanted £29.99 which i refused to pay.!!

Possibly overkill , but for info EE are doing a data only 30gb sim at half price at £15 per month. Offer expires 13th August. Might be useful for M25 dwellers

I was glad to come across this thread as I'd also had trouble putting the SIM card it. How it goes in bears no resemblance IMHO to the graphic next to the slot - but would make complete sense if the slot was mounted vertically not horizontally.

Anyhow, all good now, just need to explore the additional features. Only problem is there's no coverage at home so always need to go out to pick signal up. (Never understood how there seems to be a signal in remote parts of the world yet 7 miles from Ilkley seems to give problems!)
