My experience with 3 different LR main dealers over the years has always been the same......

LR have to honour the warranty as long as the car has been serviced by a VAT registered garage and has used genuine parts. This is part of EU block exemption rules. 2021 L405 Vogue D300

Agreed JamesD... the selling main dealer could also give a written assurance that in the event of LR declining any future corrosion warranty claim (based upon any non franchised history) then the dealer would honour such a claim as per the LR corrosion warranty definition |
