The ff was returned from the bodyshop today with the new bumper. Its got its smile back and so have I! They did a good job (which you would(?) expect from a large dealership) and I would like to say that it was all paid for by the insurance of the driver that hit me, but isn't it a fact of today's driving world that everybody except the insurance companies ends up footing the bill...... And your premium will go up next year as a result of incident as the insurers will claim that although they made no loss and recovered all costs from the other driver, you are statistically at higher risk of an accident |

As far as I am concerned, the other driver admitted full responsibility on the phone to my insurance company so they have a recording. Anything other than that I have not been contacted about... QUID FACIUM TIBI

Def follow up on that and make sure it's recorded as 'non-fault' on your policy.
