This is the re-programming instructions for the key mate ![]() Not sure what the IID tool reprogramming function does as never used it, always used the above method. I suspect the IID tool puts the car in learning mode same as above. I doubt it codes a transponder as you normally need expensive key coding equipment to do this. The transponder is easy to identify and swap over though! You'll even find on the new style flip key there is a little designed space for it to sit in snug. Easy job!
