Time/Date Dash and Analog Clock Problem

What is this problem ?
İm setting NAV time and date early everything is okey analogue watch and lcd panel is working properly. But now im setting nav does not change analogue clock and lcd panel time and date is dash.
I was Try 00:00 o clock midnight and pull up fuse 13 analogue clock is reset But after maybe 30 min later ignition switch on same problem ready again.

Whats the possible causes ? Please help me.
