TMC Traffic Message error B1A56-18 (2b)

Just wanted to see if anyone has any experience in curing the following error that keeps popping up every time I clear it. I am not noticing any issues its just irritating it keeps appearing.

I get the same error message come up on my IID Tool.
I activated the TMC when I got the IID, TMC works fine and every time I clear the fault it returns. Wouldn't worry about it.
