Lukie sorry for the delay in replying I have in up in the Lakes for a few days. Yes that is it, the reason for my concern about the white light to the rear is because on my last MOT I got a fail due to one of the diadem bulbs (stop and tail) which the SC have fitted was showing a slight white light because a small area of the coating on the bulb had come off. Replaced the bulb and got a pass the same day. I may consider putting the old bulbs back for the next MOT. But in the meantime the old bill should get a good view of my number. The worst thing about being retired is you miss out on all the bank holidays |

if they are there and they work sod them ! I'm actually think of removing my bulbs from factory number plate fittings and go for LED fittings inside the number plate / reverse camera surround

I see what you mean about the shadowing can you twist the bulbs more to face the number plate and see if that stops the shadowing I did it with mine to try and stop the reflection on the paintwork and it did light up the plate better but still reflects. As you say sod it The worst thing about being retired is you miss out on all the bank holidays |
