A cheaper alternative might be the Kenlowe electric heater that Dan had last year. It sits in the coolant circuit (heater circuit actually) and functions the same as a FBH w/o the fuel and the burning (uses mains power) so it can theoretically be installed on any car. Our wake-up alarm went off this morning and I forced my eyes open remembering the heater, I pressed the button on the remote switch to turn it on, then went straight back to sleep for a few more minutes kip.

My SC has some form of FBH on it. I n the menu I have an option of timed climate plus I have another remote fob to turn it on.
