I've been using the stuff since I had my first Land Rover... an S2A... in the 80's, used it to repair a couple of splits in the header / top tank on the rad... just follow the instructions and you wont go wrong.. it's fantastic stuff Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

So I've done it, need to rub the outside down a bit before I fit the hose!

I had a check just now, doesn't seem to be fully try, feels like hard putty still

All done, it was fully cured and I rubbed in down to be smooth and in line with the rest of the stub.
