Seem to have a recurring theme with my range rover! go to fix a problem and find 2 more on the way!

Unfortunately I haven't, Its under the passenger side rear door pretty much in the middle, next to a sill to chassis brace, will try and find a photo |

If it's gone there I would imagine you will have extensive rust under the sill covers and around the jacking points...

Have a shop around, many body shops are not interested in the rust repairs and prefer to bolt on a new panel to a crashed car. Some don't mind and the restoration type companies are quite often more economical to use and are more used to cutting out rust and preventing it coming back rather than welding a patch over a hole to pass an MOT this year |
