no drive after flat battery

please can anyone help i was trying to change the nearside front airbag fri 13 couldnt get a bolt undone ,had a heart attack ,went in hosp 2 days later battery was flat as i had left things on door open ,charged the battery overnight last night started straight up this morning put it in drive nothing put it in reverse nothing changed from high to low nothing,so now no drive has anybody had this prob and know what it is,thanks.

Glad to hear you're OK

I've not heard of that problem before - so it lets you change into drive, but then doesn't move & doesn't rev when you press the accelerator - is that right ?

i had the nearside front stripped nealy the bottom leg bolt was seized so then i left it came out of hospital yesterday battery was flat charged it overnight ,started first turn this morning ,put in drive nothing ,put in reverse nothing even with slight revs i then noticed h/l flashing so put in n pressed h/l switch light gone out but still no drive ,will a hard reset help this.

England 2005 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Tonga Green

I had this before and it turned out to be fuse 37 had been left in and it put the transfer box into neutral.

If there is a fuse in 37 - remove it!

I hope this fixes it.

no just checked fuse 37 and no fuse in there it is frustrating as i cant do anything i have got to rest ,

Are you with the AA / RAC ?

If so, get them out to take a look

May need a fault reader to see what the car is upset about.
