Rear tail light bulb failure message

Hello,

I have the rear tail light bulb failure message. Car is 4.2 SC 2006.

Bulbs are all fine. I removed the lights and cleaned, sanded and electrical greased the bulb connectors and electrical sockets

Is it a known problem.

Should i purchase new bulb holders?

Thanks

Florent

Mines the same. It always bongs and says "check brake light" when starting or turning off. It did it before and after I updated the tail lights, so it's presumably, like yours, a fault in the continuity PWM circuit NW060

No...
I suspect either a problem with the wiring of the vehicle or with the ECU

No vehicle is stock. No message during 6 months of ownership.

Battery is new

strange...it might be an intermittent bulb failure or as you have suggested, a fault in the wiring ..
