Your fault is possibly nothing to do with water, when did you last change the fuel filter?

Fuel Fiter was changed recently 2-3k km ago.
But it stalled right after going in water on the highway entry at high speed.
It was pretty deep and two weeks ago.
Still stalls on the road.Pretty dangerous.

Today it stalled again.
First it didnt feed fuel when i accelareted uphill;then it stalled after mostly 1km.
After sitting 1-2 minutes it started again.
It does this even full or empty tank time to time.

Have you changed the fuel pump yet?
It seems like the most likely problem - if you have and the problem is still there you could try slackening the fuel filler cap in case the tank vent is blocked?
It's not very likely but costs nothing to try it

As the others have said it sounds like your low pressure pump is at fault so the problem will not go away until you change the pump.

To give some useful info if your car stalls time to tim after some loss of power,in-tank pump faulty not front pump.

Anyway i still cant figure why it stalled after water first...
