Yes, quite likely ! Suggest you give the males and females a good clean and a light dousing with electrical contact cleaner etc. and try again. Might also be worth fitting a water shedder over the components too. .

If you remove the satnav module from it's mounting bracket and reposition it lower down on a temporary basis and then disconnect the two plugs from the tv module you can connect the two plugs that served the tv module directly to the satnav module. Been there when I had an initial problem. I laid a folded towel in compartment to lay the satnav unit on.

When it's all plugged back in it all works even the tv, obvs no picture just static.
