Sat nav screen not working

After my alternator issues I had a parasitic drain pulled fuse 49 and it went away, so I know it's on that circuit.
Fused pulled and last few days no voltage drop, pulled the plugs off the units in the back passenger side of the car found water ingress, all cleaned out plugs reconnected fuse reinserted.
Now I have all the functions ie cd, radio, and control of both on the steering wheel but no sat nav screen picture nothing not even Land Rover on start up. Also can turn radio on/off when the ignition is on but not when it's turned off!!
Also found this in the blue plug on the tv tuner, would this cause the issues?
Found this tonight after I got home after reconnecting the plugs.

Yes, quite likely ! Suggest you give the males and females a good clean and a light dousing with electrical contact cleaner etc. and try again. Might also be worth fitting a water shedder over the components too. .

Thanks for the reply Joe90, this is after switch cleaner had been sprayed.
It's more about is the pin that is laid down with the red arrow pointing at it the route of my problem?

Ahh, difficult to see without the big red arrow Smile

You know what is going to happen if you try to straighten that up, don't you Wink

Most likely this is Pin 1 (+12v) or Pin 10 (12v Ground), so you are going to need this for the video to work.

Best of luck .

Joe90 I had the same thought, no way is that standing up to straightening Big Cry
But it has and it has continuity through it Very Happy not exactly strong though.
Still have my battery drain last few days with fuse 49 out dropped 0.1V ish, fuse back in yesterday battery at 8.4V this morning.
Least I know where the drain is just not which item yet, best bet is the amp which I'm about to open up see if there is anything obvious.
Opened up my amp and found two pins that had oxidisation between them so all cleaned up, should have taken a picture DOH.
Here is my pin straightened and cleaned up better on the tv tuner.

If you remove the satnav module from it's mounting bracket and reposition it lower down on a temporary basis and then disconnect the two plugs from the tv module you can connect the two plugs that served the tv module directly to the satnav module. Been there when I had an initial problem. I laid a folded towel in compartment to lay the satnav unit on.
This will possibly reinstate your satnav by bypassing the tv module or possibly give you a further pointer as to where your fault lies.
I don't like the look of that connection socket on the tv module even cleaned up.
I have a suspicion water could well have get into it. It will be an analogue unit anyway so is more or less scrap anyway.
Let's know how you get on. Thumbs Up

When it's all plugged back in it all works even the tv, obvs no picture just static.
Left them all plugged in this afternoon and it drained the battery, jump started went to my new best friend the petrol station Very Happy coming home noticed no electric Windows and the passenger door is still locked all others open also no wing mirror control Big Cry Big Cry
Battery off tonight to charge, fuse 49 out and just leave it out till I have time to dig deeper, need to figure out which module is causing the issue. 2004 4.4V8 Vogue
