Just to clarify my egr valves weren't replaced because of an engine management light, it went in for a health check and one had an error code so I decided to get both done. 19 L405 4.4 AB + Disco3 pick up + 800BHP Rothmans 911

Had mine up for a while, 2007 TDV8 new turbos, EGRs etc etc, ad on here, bay of E, and had on Autotrader st £11250 was hoping for a snowy Dec |

guys i have just had a quick look on auto trader stand there are plenty of 3.6's sub £10k about of similar mileage, clearly they could all be rubbish but people will always call the cheapest / nearest first etc...... i would say to shift either of these you need to be at the £9k mark but the question is are you better hanging on to them as better the devil you know....

If you know your own cars guys, keep them, you will not find a better car for what you will sell them for!!

Think I would burn it before taking 9k for it, had a repair bill of over 5k for parts & labour when turbo failed |

burning it's a bit extreme, but thats probably about whats its worth mate..... why dont you just keep it? have you got your eye on something else? |

See where you are coming from and all respect to CMJs car but mine has nearly 30k less miles on it and had over 5k spent on turbos, EGRs, intercooler etc etc, burning it is a bit drastic but wanted to move it on as I fancied a change, losing a |

keep it mate, till it owes you less then you it wont be so painful when it goes.... thats what i did |

Unfortunately "What it owes you" is completely irrelevant to a buyer. The market value is what it is and buyers will expect the car to have been fully maintained and failed parts replaced. Personal customisation will not help. |
