Only 2 things control the high side fuel pressure, the PRV (Pressure Regulator Valve) or a spurious reading from the Rail Pressure Sensor, giving an incorrect value As silly as it sounds, try a good dose of injector cleaner, Forte or Redex, and a dosing of 2 stroke oil. This will help lubricate the PRV, if it is indeed sticking I have seen a few TDV8s with fuel pressure issues resolved by using 2 stroke oil in with the diesel. Do you have any idea what condition your battery is in? If by any chance it is original, it will be on its last legs by now. Is your alternator charging properly?

In my experience, it's worth checking battery and charging system carefully. Electronics likely to show faults long before any symptoms of struggling to turn the engine over. Try to see how old the battery is. They really don't last forever. Current: 2010 Range Rover L322

I can't remember all of the details now as this was a few years ago but I do remember that in addition to all of the comms codes the one consistant thing was that the oil temperature always gave a stupidly low figure on the diagnostics as in minus

Should have added the rear brake caliper seized so was replaced by a local garage.

Kind of same as above. Start with the battery then alternator, then move on to further investigations from there. Mechanics will all too gladly take your money whilst not getting to the bottom of what is frequently a simple problem.
