England 2004 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Java Black

Hi just joined the RR family, bought myself a 4.4 V8 2004 Vogue and said good bye to my 330cd.
This is not my first Landrover previously own 1974 lightweight and a Freelander 1 (never again, first and only car the wife picked)
Already looking at changing the gearbox oil and filter and saving up for some spark plugs as the first 60,000 mile service is due. Shocked Laughing

Scotland 2014 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Santorini Black

Hello all, making the move over from defender2.net.
Previously had a Freelander 2 which the wife loved but needed more towing capacity after adding more and bigger horses to the herd and as the german shepherds got bigger the boot seemed to get smaller so it was replaced by a 110 utility Defender.
However as much as i loved it swmbo hated it, she drove it just once the day we got it, couldn't adjust to tucking in the elbow and never drove it again, she doesn't even like being a passenger in it.
A career change has seen me using her Fiesta for work meaning I had to buy her a car for the short commute to her shop.
Seemed a shame the Defender sitting unused all week while we used the other two cars daily.
A sport was mentioned but i managed to convince her that a FullFat was not that much bigger than a Sport plus the dogs would have more room.
So next Saturday I pick up a 2008 Vogue 3.6tdv8 in Java Black, trading in the 110 and will sell her daily privately in the NewYear leaving her with the FF during the week and I'll use it at the weekend.
I've always wanted one so really looking forward to the drive home with it on Saturday.
