Blade damage. Would appear that the shaft is slightly bent

Thanks. Bending the shaft and the blades like must mean something has gone through the turbo. Would that something or remnants of it, be now sitting in the intercooler or feed pipe? ______________________________

It did have a split turbo hose just a few months ago, too, incidently. Must ask the owner which hose had split |

Something has entered the turbo intake to cause that. I can't think of another explanation. There's not much between the filter box and the turbo.
