Which fitting is my sidelight bulb?

Just had a sidelight bulb go and I thought I would have a quick look on the forum as to what is best to replace it with. Ok - lots of discussion re l.e.d.s vs std etc, but what I need is clarification as to which fitting my ff has. is it push fit or bayonet?
The workshop manual says 5w bayonet but a lot of the threads seem to link to push-fit. I wont be able to sort the light until next Saturday so I want to get the bulbs ordered, but I dont want to get up to my arm pits in removed parts to find I ordered the wrong bulbs. Most of what I have read makes me lean towards l.e.d.s so what exactly do I need for my 2003 td6 Vogue?

United Kingdom 2009 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Nara Bronze

If it's a Mk1 then I'm guessing it will be bayonet. Just replaced a sidelight bulb from my Mk2 last weekend and it was push on type 2006-9. Hope that helps. 2009 Vogue TDV8 Nara Bronze
