It could be EGR related. I say this because I disabled the EGRs using emulators (unplug EGR and plug in emulator so no power to EGR which stays closed). I now get the occasional drop by about 100rpm for only about 1/2 second and only at idle. ______________________________

Just an update, not fixed, but got around to putting my scanner on it, but did not highlight much, a weird reading on the B MAPT sensor but not sure if that's a glitch on my machine? Have it booked in to the dealers to see what their scanner shows up. |

I've had the same for months..anything under 1000rpm and she would do the bouncy idle thing...data readings were ok (02) my maf reading was a bit high though...anyway I had an old Bosch s4 battery in it that was dying and replaced it with a decent 110ah battery and instantly it stopped..perfect idle now..voltages were somehow affecting it...strange one but an easy fix.. |
