Could be air leak in the vacuum system somewhere, there are a few small pipes that are vulnerable

Never used the icarsoft but would expect you connect it to your OBDII port and scan engine ECU

You can check maf readings in it no probs..select engine, select data stream and mass air flow readings are there...you can also select obdii diagnose and select it from there in either numerical readings or via graphs! |

Sounds like the MAF. Mine was dirty so I replaced it with a new one and she purrs nicely at 750 rpm now. |
