Hi, chaps last night I disconnected my battery to charge but refitting I now do not have my info i.e. Mpg av Milan speed distance and things in my mid on my radio or on the dash
I have tried resetting it in check control in the dash but it's not worked
I got a iidtool but that's no help really any thoughts.?

did you do proper shut down before disconnecting battery?

Hi I left with the bonnet up and unlock for about 30 min then disconnected the battery and it was about an hour befor reconnect

"Effects of battery disconnection
Following disconnection and subsequent
reconnection of the vehicle battery, a number of
the vehicle systems will be reset automatically.
This may take a few minutes and with some
systems, sensors have to detect certain actions
whilst driving before full operability returns.
This in no way affects the safe operation of the
vehicle."

Wonder if that helps. Also after reconnection, with engine running, turn steering from full lock to full lock.

Yeah lock to lock done.
Mybe I should try disconnect of battery again?

Try that with the method of touching the two leads together to reset. . John

Ok I have tried the resetting but still no lock it drives fine ,,it's just the display and fbh that's inop it's doing my head in now I'm even thinking of selling up

Have you checked all the fuses, including the ones in the boot? Also the connections in the boot. Although a battery disconnect stranger things have happened. John
