My first problem after 11 months of trouble free driving the car has let me down - neither of the smart keys are working

The update is to replace the Key Validation Module so that it is now read-only so that anyone breaking into the car cannot then create a new key from the OBD port. That is why both keys are needed because they have to be matched to the KVM |

I've accidentally turned my Sat Nav volume down several times now - if you happen to alter your music volume as the Sat Nav says something, you end up turning that volume level down instead. Easiest way to get it back, assuming you have a destination set, is to go onto the Sat Nav map and touch the speaker looking icon at the top of the screen towards the right to make the Sat Nav repeat its last directions and as you do this, turn up the volume knob to the preferred level. If the voice ends and still isn't loud enough, just repeat it (I find it easier than guessing what level to set it at in the audio volume setup menu). Steve
