I've used a similar mix, on a diesel van, and it drove fine. The only real problem I was told, is that the solvent action of the petrol, can mean that the pump possibly could be damaged, as the oiling of the diesel fuel is self lubricating.

I'm far from an expert, but I'd run it - but keep topping up the tank with diesel to further dilute |

The Td6 is more tolerant of a splash of petrol than the V6/8's, but keep it topped up with diesel just to help dilute it as much a spare possible

I would also put a bottle of 2so into a full tank of diesel.

I did it two times and never had any issues... just some engine hiccups when driving, of course dilution is the way to go! 2011 Vogue 4.4 Santorini black

Did this in a lorry a few years back. Looked up an had put 105 litres of petrol in . Went in and paid. Then put 550 litres of dev in. It smoked a bit but I got away with it, the boss did find out though, it was me |
