What about the random no clicking tho. Then it's not so simple 😂

The clicking is the fuel pump. When the heater fires it does its checks and if the voltage is below the threshold it won't activate the pump and then shut down. No7 - 2003 V8 Vogue

Just read this trail and it all feels very familiar. My experience was similar last winter. The stuff on the 75 and ZT forum on the link above is great and the symptoms you describe are just what I had a year ago. After removing the heater I stripped it as per the on line guides and after cleaning and refitting got the thing to work. Unfortunately what it really needed was a n w glow plug to work reliably but a clean and seeing it work once made it worth shelling out £50 for a service kit. (takes about 20 mins with the suspension set high to get the wheel arch liner out and remove the heater now I am practiced)

Nice and toasty every day this winter so far so stick with it - it was worth it! Taking a rest from Land Rovers for a bit.......

The full 30 minutes

Yes, is best

Although LR pathetically think 17 minutes is enough for the MY11 and 12s.....

How do you re-prime them? Mine seems fine but gets as far as a steadily increasing speed of clicking then shuts down..
