If I bought a vehicle because of good customer service then Land Rover would be last on the list. I only get looked after because the DP is a personal friend of mine. It will be refreshing once LR fall from grace, as they inevitably will. It goes in cycles. Maybe then they will have to raise their game in order to compete. |

My L405 went in for its main service and crank position sensor recall yesterday at Farnell Land Rover , Guiseley ( Leeds) and I couldn't fault them.

that's the thing, we don't buy them for the excellent customer service. It's the brand. |

They're not consistently crap! Some of them are/ or at least some MDs could do better, as was the case with our all that glitters ain't silver... heap! ... but we bought another one and it has been great!! Last edited by pld118 on 21st Oct 2016 4:33am. Edited 1 time in total |

No. I think that Land Rover's sales success has made the dealers lazy and complacent.

Well, I've always had excellent service from my MD, having bought Freelanders, RRSs and now the FF. Never a problem, always do what they say and don't charge like a wounded rhino, age and model of car immaterial.
