I'd start with the radiator. Mine had leaked, but there was little visible evidence until I unbolted the fan shroud, eased it back and looked down the rad with a torch. Then it was obvious. Then I'd check the expansion tank, as these split. |

Stew, as above... Rads leak, expansion tanks & caps and also the back of the engine oil cooler (the aluminium block under the oil filter cartridge) they have a habit of leaking on the firewall side through the pipework... Pop the engine cover off and closely inspect using a good torch, any staining inspect further pal |

Ive read thermostat housing can crack. It could have happened to mine, as service history lists a replacement being fitted by previous owner.
