Just remove the sounder under the bonnet, mines been in the garage for months..... Everything else works fine... Pete

I was going to do this, but was worried the hazards would still flash? Or does the sounder control them too?? |

I don't stand and watch it but I'm pretty sure removing it just stops the alarm trying to go off... give it a go and see... Pete

May not be the same thing, but ours had similar symptoms in that the alarm would not go off but the hazard lights would flash randomly, we had a new remote key coded and since then all has been well. |

i did have my tailgate that wasn't latching properly before and used to cause the interior light to come on and set mine off |

The keys are quite new on mine so I think they're ok, I had wondered if it could be one of the door switches, but I don't get warnings flick on in the car as I'm driving saying that anything is open so I had kind of ruled them out... but I may be wrong! I shall disconnect the sounder and see how we go |
