dunno where you've got that info from as the 2006-2012 is only 25mm wider [with mirrors] than the 2002-2005 years.. ... - .- -.

with mirrors folded or not , theres still 25mm [0.9 inch] difference.. info from topix. ... - .- -.

Think Wiki picked up its info from land rovers.net so thats probably where the error comes in |

Could it be the track width being wider on the later models due to different wheel offset. Really don't see the bodyshell being an inch wider. V8 or else ... |
