Hi

The black 30pin to ipod cable that came with the FF is only 8 inches long. (pretty pointless really)

Can anyone recommend an extension cable to this say 1m long or so such that the iphone 6s can be mounted on the dash but still plugged into the ipod socket in the cubby? I currently have a small white apple 30pin /lightening adapter block on the phone end but the phone has to rest on the handbrake - bit of a fag when trying to skip tracks as the steering wheel skip buttons don't want to work with that accessory. (the track listing on spotify off the phone doesn't show in the console display either)

How about this? Extend your 30 pin cable and put the adapter for Lighning on the end of it. The only other option is 0.2 metres long which is a tad short

Nice one thanks. Not sure whay I couldn't find that. Just ordered the 1m length at £3.99! - worth a try.

Going to try and get the cable through the cubby wall to the face of the dash by the drivers left knee position without being on show. Should be interested.

Next stop is a brodit clip or something similar.
