bt module re flash

So having received my new ctek mxs 5.0 charger yesterday, I duly put the battery on charge overnight.
Connected my bt iid tool this morning along with I phone and flashed the bt module on the ff. After 40 mins it was successful, I now have phone book showing and made one call to wifey in the house, hey presto, I'm one happy bunny, the damn things working.
hats off to the guys at gap, saved me a fortune so far. Bow down Bow down Bow down
must admit, the app on the I phone is really easy to use. It's nice to see the menu's as you tap away.
thanks, greg. Thumbs Up

Hi yes it is, the iid tool updates the software to accept the later mobile phones.
Loads of things I haven't done with it yet, but I will learn. Laughing
Forgot to add, mine has the Nokia bt module that can't be updated by exchange, so it would have meant a new module anyway.
Thumbs Up

I had my old unit replaced with a flashed unit from Bluetooth Exchange. This unit then failed earlier this year and was full of water even though nothing else was and there was no leak. I bought a brand new exchange unit from LR that came with the newest software on it so worked perfectly again.

Was a right pain before the newer software was on it.
