I had the middle of the electric socket fall out. It seemed the part was not available as the factory install is different to the dealer fit so the dealer could only get parts for the retro fit and replaced half the tow bar. Not had your problem but I have had SWMBO ask what would I do if it stuck up and could not be used. |

used a little 'more' force and pulled it down. then after testing it ( fine) I tried to let the towbar push it back up as its meant to and it went into the blockage mode as it couldn't move it either......
