this may have been covered before,but has anyone changed the intercooler on a ff td6 2005,i read somewere that you dont have to take the rad out ,you can slide it out through the nearside wheel arch ,is this true.mine is leaking at the drivers side bottom. |

I would also like to know. mine is leaking oil on the right hand side |

yes did mine and you can get it through the wheel arch |

Does one still have to pull the front of the car apart or can the whole job be done through the wheel arch |

you have to take the bumper off and the fan and cowling + washer bottle. |

Adding some info to an old thread for anyone taking this job on. I've just done this and it took a full day and a half although first time I've done anything to my FF so it was a learning session also.
