I don't use or have a caravan and the program wasn't a great advert, although I must say I liked both the Eriba and the Pod. Geoff |

I was hoping the program would persuade me to get one (SWMBO is dead against but then again I've never had her in my tent - I'm not sure that came out as I intended )

My attempts at buying have been frustrated by the price - are there cheaper options? Geoff |

second had 2 berths are light and easy to tow, and a lot cheaper than either an Eriba or a pod though a second hand eribas aren't that bad money wise, £6-7k should get you a serviceable one from the 1990's, whereas a full height 2 berth van from the late 2000's will be around the same money. something like this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2009-Elddis-Crus...Sw6wRW~uTh There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

There really are very few "cult" caravans. Like most I am a mainstream tintenter and tow a Lunar. A friend's parents have 2 eriba puck's. They are lovely little things and very easy to tow, use and store. They are in the process of buying a T@b from a seller in Norway. A puck holds it's money though and it's normal to see 10 year old ones for £6-9k.

Wow, caravaning looks a bit too much for me, parties, pink hats, karaoke, half naked bar boys etc etc. And they were in Preston just down the road. Wow!

Can't wait for the Xmas edition because we were on site when it was filmed and our van will probably be in the background.

For a non-caravanner Geoff you're doing a lot of viewing on this programme....I can't bring myself to watch it..... Is this where I put the car details and a bit about myself ?........ |
