If you like that kind of thing then the Bentley is going to tick the Gucci boxes for you, and that's fine. I am not a £1m a year earner so it's never in a realistic line of sight for me. Even if it was, I'd likely have a SDV8 AB anyway and £100k of diesel |

A Cayenne Turbo drives as well, is almost as fast but the interior is not up to the Bentley standards of quality.I had one of the early one's when they came out, nothing could touch them on performance, quality of engineering etc etc but they were pig ugly to the outside world. Never bothered me though as I wasn't looking at it mostly.

Just looked at the video. Nice finish on the interior of the Bentley but a bit cramped in comparison in the back. If I were in the market I would stick to the FF. |

At least with the Bentley dealer network one would assume that their level of service, backup and professionalism would be impeccable. With a Land Rover product this falls way below the standard expected of a £75k+ car in my opinion and others on here. |

You are probably correct to assume that and the dealership would support you better, as they should for £170k...

I saw a couple at what looked like a dealer launch in Sardinia 2 weeks ago too. Agreed, did look very nice, interior lovely but heard no engine noise.

I get that the finish and detailing is that bit better on the bently, and I completely understand the guys comment of the RR trying to punch out of its quality bracket ... the simplistic interior of the RR just doesn't lend itself to being tweaked with features of opulence. Its a lovely interior, but too simple. A bit like trying to hand an ornately carved gold leaf picture frame in a modern contemporary house to make it look luxurious .... just doesn't quite work The RR would be better making the all bits and detailing in optional bespoke colours. For example, with a blue outside / cream inside interior combo, to have some of the metal detailing in light gold colour could really add a subtle bit of wow factor. Just little touches like that would make a difference.

I thought the review was quite fair. I thought the Bentley would be uglier but it's not too bad. I can see it being the future car of choice for UK footballers as the RR is becoming as common as muck. |
