I know you are from the USA but it is NOT a "truck"
Sounds like your issues are mostly suspension, possibly dry joints or mountings. Spend a bit of time with something like WD40 squirting on all obvious joints, especially the wishbone inner joints at the rear.
Other possibilities may be loose/rusting brake disc covers front/rear, worn ARB bushes & mountings.
