Short of buying a Toyota Land cruiser, ditching the 105c stat is the best thing you can do to a FF, for reliable driving enjoyment.

Just got back from a 600 mile round trip which included lots of mountain driving in the south of Ireland and stuck the iidtool on one day when in the mountains.
Highest readings I got was when Radiator temp went to 85'
Coolant temp peaked at 95'
Gearbox oil temp hit 115' Declan
2003 FFRR Vogue 4.4 V8
97 Defender 90 300 TDi
