hi guys so i bought another one

from a small dealer not specialising in 4x4's and i have found a few problems with it already.


1. heated/cooled seats not working, they light up fine on the dash but no cool air or heated elements come on

2. the rear passenger seats/air con doesn't light up or come on at all


do you think the above 2 could be linked and do you think it could just be a fuse problem?
obviously ill be speaking to them monday if it isn't something small i can fix myself tomorrow.


also as it was a late 2009 but 2010MY i don't think i can display nav info on my instrument lcd panel can i ? i can't find it in settings anywhere been looking for ages.

Don't know about the seats I'm afraid, but to answer your question about the sat nav on the TFT dash..... Erm No....

Basically the instrument display only displays the instruments and some 4x4 info. That's all. Sorry. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

There is a button to turn rear climate on and off. Though you have prob tried that. Left of the dial for the passenger cooled seat dial....think it's the bottom one..... 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

The heated/cooled seats take some time to heat or cool, much slower than just heated seats because they use a Peltier device rather than heating elements.

The rear climate lights doesnt come on at all neither does the lights for rear heated seats, dont think its a button in front but i will check! i wonder if there is a fuse that controls all the rear elements of that switch panel?

okay thanks i didnt know if it was like the jaguar xj display and can display sat nav info or even just audio information would of been handy!


ive run the seats for about 15 minutes on cool and nothing happens

it was something simple which is a nice change for a range rover,

there was a 10a fuse missing in passenger glove box titled climatic seats in the manual, so i popped a 10a in and now all cooled heating seats working and rear climate working too.

Sorry, don't believe you, it's never that easy....
